MEET THE TEAM |

Marcus Seehaver worked for seven years as a
field service technician for a leading worldwide provider of telecommunications
products before joining Computer Troubleshooters. Marcus had previously worked
for the Computer and Communications Services Department while attending the
Milwaukee School of Engineering. While at MSOE, Marcus also worked on a design
team that created a self-guided transport cart for moving luggage through
airports. Marcus is a true technology enthusiast and early adopter. His
hobbies include digital videography, photography, and animation as well as swing
dancing, skiing, and traveling. |

Neil Franzen has been involved with
computers since the days of Tandy, Commodore 64, and Apple II. While in college,
Neil worked for the Academic Computer Services Department at the Milwaukee
School of Engineering as a support technician and help desk analyst. After
working in electrical design for four years, Neil took on the role of field
applications engineer for the leading global supplier of electronic components
and computer products. Neil has always doubled as the MIS/IT department for
every employer he has worked for. Neil is an avid fan of traveling, writing, hiking, kayaking,
yoga, and baseball. |
